I was pleased with Vertu Hyundai Peterlee and would recommend them because right from entering the dealership was made to feel at ease & under no circumstances felt any pressure or pushiness to purchase I was listened to and treated respectfully. Dan is a fantastic person who really values your choices and decisions Dan gives excellent customer service and vast knowledge explaining everything in the best possible way. Upon collecting the car it was finished to the best possible standard not only was Dan an exceptional person everyone at the garage was so so friendly and pleasant Jordan the manager also made the time to come and speak with me who again was also really friendly. I had such a positive experience & would 100% recommend to family friends and anyone alike!

Vertu Hyundai Peterlee were great because they were helpful, anseared any questions we had, done all paperwork including change of private number plates to DVLA, tea n coffee offered , and all staff friendly, 3rd car we have purchased from there.
